Contacting customer service was slow and painful. At 11:30 at night my job other than finishing with the waitstaff and their banks was done. The phone call to customer service took 18 mins to answer then the service person’s accent was very thick and I had to ask for him to speak slower and more clearly (I am assuming he was in India which is not a problem as long as I get clear concise answers.)

I have HAD IT with Clover! Our system has not been able to print orders for ALMOST A FULL MONTH!! We have to do double the work and making stupid mistakes b/c we have a high volume take out restaurant and we have to hand write everything, plus put it in the system, then print out separate bill receipts! I am getting the same answer every week....'the engineers are working on it'. For FOUR WEEKS?! They could've created new software in that amount of time! Then they had the audacity to suggest I BUY a new system from them! DO NOT BUY CLOVER!!! Go to Apple or someone else.
