Clover’s home screen is different from all other tablet point of sale systems, it resembles the home screen of an Android smartphone/tablet since it is built on the Android OS. Like Android tablets, Clover relies heavily on their App Marketplace to offer their customers expanded functionality. Clover treats each set of features (orders, employees, inventory, etc.) as a separate app.

Their customer service SUCKS!!!!!!! I have been put on hold for up to 30 minutes to have them get on the line and tell me I need to call a different number! Yes they can NEVER find your merchant ID number it's like you don't even exist. We are not a restaurant, and we have had to put our inventory in three different times! The little barcode scanner on the screen constantly stops working and when I tried to purchase a handheld barcode scanner just yesterday I spent the entire day on the phone, getting transferred, being put on hold, told I have to call different numbers and was finally told that they would email me the paperwork to get a scanner, and this is the best part.........they can't send the scanner until they receive my check BECAUSE THEY DONT TAKE CREDIT CARDS! What a ridiculous rinky dink operation! Run far far away from this system!
